Powder Alloy Corporation has been a versatile supplier of metal, ceramic, carbide, and specialty powders to the thermal spray and brazing industries for over 30 years. Manufacturing technologies employed are induction- melt/inert gas atomization and composite cladding for metal powder production: spray-dried/sintering and fused/crushing for ceramic production: agglomeration/sintering for carbide powder production.

Assurance of quality and process control is guaranteed through the strict monitoring of raw materials, melt practices, screening and final packaging. Internal manufacturing specifications are often m ore stringent than the chemical and/or particle size requirements required by the OEM specifications, thereby ensuring coating integrity and optimizing deposition production.

Consistency from lot to lot, from development to production is what you can expect from PAC. Rigid standards are incorporated to minimize variations in particle morphology, density, and flow ability thus enhancing coating reproducibility and robotic spray parameters.
